Stacy Williams is a lifetime resident of Front Royal/Warren County, Virginia.  Upon graduating from Warren County High School in 2000 she furthered her education at Lord Fairfax Community College and obtained an AA&S in Elementary Education.  During that time she started a position at Angel’s Korner Daycare Center that set her on the path for her career in early childhood education.  Throughout the first 20 years of her career, Stacy has taught age groups from Infants through School Agers.  During a ten year tenure at Meadowland Learning Center she was given the opportunity to expand and grow as a Program Director.  She has fulfilled every role in the operation of a childcare center. In April of 2021 a long time dream came true with the opening of Like Arrows Learning Center.

Stacy, along with her husband Matthew are raising two children; a son, Colton and a daughter, Eden.  As a family they are very active in serving in various ministry opportunities.  A foundation rooted in their faith is a very important aspect of their lives and you will see elements of that faith  throughout the Like Arrows Program.

Family is another very important theme in their way of life.  Making memories and finding joy in the normal everyday parts of the day are key to staying grounded and living life with margin.  That same concept will be very present in the care plans throughout the classrooms.  Ways to learn that will celebrate the children for where they are in their personal development and who they are in fun, meaningful ways designed to create an atmosphere children can grow in that makes them feel loved and special.
